RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Overview
We understand that sometimes ordered products may not fully meet your expectations. Marinescu Iași Fashion accepts returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving the products.
For a return or exchange to be accepted:

Products must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

All original tags must be attached

Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused
Fees and Eligibility
Return costs will be covered by Marinescu Iași Fashion in cases of confirmed issues, such as:

Manufacturing defects

Missing or incorrect stitching

Products damaged during the production process

Wrong products sent
For returns due to other reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Final sale items

Accessories (including jewelry, swimwear, and bags)
Standard Return Process
After submitting the request, our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 business hours.
Step 1: Contact Us
Send an email to info@marinescuiasifashion.com with the subject:
"Return Request – #Order Number"
Step 2: Provide Necessary Information
Please include:

Product name or SKU code
-
Reason for return or exchange

A clear photo of the attached product tag
Step 3: Return Instructions
After approving your request, we will send you the authorized return address.
Step 4: Shipping the Return
Do not send the return to the address on the package label. After shipping, please send us the tracking number.
Returns without tracking may delay the refund process.
Step 5: Verification and Processing
After receiving the package, processing the return may take 7 to 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used when placing the order.
Estimated refund time:

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible products:

Each product can be exchanged only once

If there are price differences, they will be adjusted accordingly

Exchanged products are no longer eligible for subsequent return or exchange

Clarifications on Defects
The following situations are not considered defects:
